  We stood behind one woman who was taking awhile and the other three registers open and two other employees, one being a manager, continued walking past us,staring at us and going back and forth between the back room, not saying a word. Not even we'll be with you shortly or anything. Finally after 10 minutes one employee asks the manager if the other registers operated and she replied with a "oh yeah they're working". I'm sorry but why wait that long to ask or to attempt to turn it on yourself? Shouldn't the manager encourage employees to assist customers?!? All the while we still were behind that one woman. Ridiculous. Bad manager-lady whoever it was that shift, not fit for managing other people to be helpful thats for sure.
